Based on our discussion, if you decide not to proceed with the appraisal, we will stop the process and there will be no charge. At any time during the appraisal we can be reached via cell phone or email. You can halt the appraisal process at any time and be charged only for the work done.

• Experienced Staff: Our staff consists of R. Blake Johnson Jr. and Christine Erickson. Blake has been a Certified General Appraiser since 1992 and Christine has been a Certified Residential Appraiser since 2005. Blake was born and educated in Hawaii and is familiar with all the Hawaiian Islands. In addition to the normal appraisal process, Blake developed a computer program using regression analysis. This program was used by Bancorp Finance and the appraisal department of Savio realty for the appraisal of homes and condominiums. In addition to appraisals, Blake has had extensive experience in all phases of real estate throughout his career both in Hawaii and on the mainland.
